Pet Oil Description:

Time spent with your pet is never wasted. Our CBD Pet Tincture is specially formulated with your furry friends in mind, because they too deserve the benefits of CBD. Our pet tincture is made with the same high-quality, hemp-derived CBD that you have come to expect.

There are so many reasons why pet parents have searched for CBD. With options to supplement in food and treats, 717 Hemp has many ways to help your furry friend have a positive experience every day.

The Process

Before a single plant is placed in the ground agro scientists analyze each individual farms soil and water. What is created is a unique nutrient profile that ensures optimal growth. Then non-GMO seeds are planted in a greenhouse to guarantee strength in the seedlings. The utmost care is put into cultivating the plants without the use of any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. That’s because we believe in only using sustainable and environmentally-conscious farming methods.

At harvest time, samples of the mature hemp plants are sent to an Independent Lab. These tests ensure compliance with Laws regarding THC levels, assess CBD Concentration, and to confirm that no chemicals or mycotoxins are in the plant material.

Next, the raw hemp is processed in our own facility so that we can control and monitor the extraction to crude oil. 717 Hemp uses a CO2 extraction process, which takes longer than other methods, and is more expensive to use, but produces a higher quality end-product.

717 Hemp is committed to producing the best possible product at an affordable price so that everyone has the ability to improve their health and wellbeing with the rejuvenating powers of CBD.

What is CBD

Cannabidiol (commonly known as CBD) is one of the main compounds found within the Cannabis Sativa plant. It is mainly derived from hemp, which is a separate and distinct strain of the cannabis plant from marijuana. Despite CBD being found in both hemp and marijuana, they are not one and the same.

CBD is also different from THC, the other main cannabinoid in cannabis, in that it does not produce psychoactive effects or create a “high.”

So how does CBD work? The answer lies in the endocannabinoid system (ECS). It is essentially a series of receptors that can be found throughout all of the major organs of our bodies. The ECS utilizes cannabinoids for a wide range of functions. Resulting in CBD having a wide range of positive health benefit, and has led to CBD being highly studied and discussed in modern medical science.

About our oils

Our full-spectrum oil pet formula is available in two strengths (250mg and 500mg) and three great flavors (mint, citrus, and natural). It has a shelf life of approximately 24 months, and is always made in small batches. That means it will always arrive fresh to your door.

Suggestions

While the dropper is inside the bottle, squeeze the rubber end and release it to let it fill back up as far as it will go. This should fill up to around half of the dropper and give you a full 1ml dose of the oil.

For the best results, place one full dose under your pets tongue.          Alternatively, it can also be mixed with food and drink. Take once or twice daily.

It is always recommended to talk to your doctor first before you start using CBD, in much the same way you would with any supplement to your diet. Their guidance should help with determining the best amount for you.

Storage

It is recommended that you store your CBD oil bottle in a cool, dark and dry place such as a pantry or cupboard. Exposure to excessive levels of heat, light, and moisture may cause evaporation and subsequent degradation of the oil, reducing its shelf life.

The same goes for any other CBD products that you might have.

If you choose to keep the bottle in a refrigerator, it may thicken and require heating before use. In that case, simply run warm water over the bottle for a moment. It is not advised to keep this product in the freezer, though.
